Phase 2: Reset the Body Clock

Restore the body’s sense of time through light, dark, and regular sleep. Re-establishing daily rhythm supports deeper rest, repair, and energy.

Phase 2 focuses on helping the body relearn when to be awake, when to rest, and when to repair. Modern life often blurs these signals. Artificial light, screens, late nights, irregular sleep, and constant stimulation can confuse the body’s internal clock. Over time, this affects energy, mood, digestion, immunity, and recovery.

When the body doesn’t clearly recognise day and night, it never fully settles. Sleep becomes lighter. Mornings feel harder. Fatigue builds quietly. This phase is about gently restoring those natural rhythms. Light in the morning. Dark in the evening. Regular sleep times. Clear boundaries around stimulation.
