A little help for the journey

This section sits alongside The Rhythm of Health book. My hope is that it will make following the book and finding your new rhythm a little easier. ​You’ll find ideas, tools, and a few products I personally use. But remember, they are just examples. If you find something that works better, use it. And if you discover a product or approach worth sharing, I’d genuinely love to hear about it.

I know how time-consuming it can be to track down good-quality options, so this is just a small way to make that process simpler.

Phase 1: Lay the Foundation

This first phase prepares the body for healing by restoring its most basic needs. Hydration, minerals, breath, and gentle movement form the groundwork for everything that follows.

Phase 2: Reset the Body Clock

Restore the body’s sense of time through light, dark, and regular sleep. Re-establishing daily rhythm supports deeper rest, repair, and energy.

Phase 3: The Right Environment

Reduce hidden stressors in your surroundings. Creating cleaner, calmer spaces helps the body conserve energy and heal more efficiently.

Phase 4: Build Your Mitochondria

This phase is about strengthening the body’s ability to produce energy efficiently. Supporting mitochondrial function helps build resilience, stamina, and recovery capacity.

Phase 5: Fuel the Fire

Phase five focuses nourishment that supports steady energy, digestion, and repair. Learning how to eat in a way that truly sustains the body is central to long-term health.

Phase 6: Live in Rhythm

This final phase helps to integrate everything into daily life. It’s about creating patterns the body can rely on across days, weeks, and seasons.
