
My Story
I wrote The Rhythm of Health because I couldn’t find the kind of guide I needed when I was unwell. So much of what’s out there is either too complex or incomplete, leaving people overwhelmed and discouraged. I wanted to bring everything I’ve learned over the past twenty years, in clinic and in life, into something clear, practical, and do-able.

Every day I meet people who are doing everything right and still don’t feel well. I’ve been there myself, lost, searching for answers that seemed so hard to find. Writing this book was my way of giving shape to what I eventually found: a simpler understanding of how the body works, and how to restore it.
As an Osteopath, I see the growing need for health advice that’s true, honest, and free of hype. I ache for those who’ve given up, who feel unseen or unheard. This book is for them. If my own journey can ease even one person’s suffering, then it’s done what it was meant to do.
