Phase five focuses nourishment that supports steady energy, digestion, and repair. Learning how to eat in a way that truly sustains the body is central to long-term health.
Food is more than calories. It provides information, structure, and stability to every system in the body. When nourishment is supportive, energy is steady, digestion is comfortable, and recovery becomes easier. When it isn’t, fatigue, cravings, and inflammation often follow.
By this stage in the book, many of the foundational rhythms have been restored. Sleep is improving. Light and timing are clearer. Environmental load has been reduced. This creates the conditions where nutrition can finally do its job properly.
This phase focuses on learning how to eat in a way that supports metabolic health, digestive function, and long-term resilience. The aim is not perfection. It is consistency, adequacy, and simplicity.
