Phase 6 is about living what you’ve learned.
By this stage, the foundations are in place. Rhythm has been restored. Energy is more stable. The environment is more supportive. Nourishment is steadier. The body has more capacity.
This phase is not about adding more practices. It is about learning how to live in a way that protects what you’ve built. Health is not something to manage every day. It’s something that emerges when life is paced well, when rest is respected, and when space is left for recovery.
This is where health becomes sustainable. Not because everything is perfect, but because the body knows what to expect and how to recover.
