Water Filters

There are countless filtration systems out there, but not all are equal. Some strip water bare, removing not only contaminants but also the minerals your body depends on to stay balanced and energised.
My preferred system is the AlkaWay UltraStream with the additional fluoride filter. It removes chlorine, fluoride, heavy metals, and other common contaminants. The UltraStream also alkalises, infuses molecular hydrogen, and adds trace minerals, leaving the water clean, mineral-rich, and charged. I prefer systems like this over reverse osmosis, which can leave water “empty” and demineralised. Your body relies on minerals for function and vitality, so the goal isn’t to strip everything out.
Once installed, you’ll only need to replace the filters about once a year. The AlkaWay team are genuinely helpful, they’ll guide you through setup, maintenance, and send you a reminder when your filters need replacing.
If You're Not Ready for a Filter
Not everyone can set up a filtration system straight away, and that’s okay. If you’re just beginning, start simply by buying water that’s already clean and mineral-rich. Look for spring or mineral water, not distilled or reverse osmosis types that have been stripped bare. Even a few weeks of drinking clean, mineral-rich water can make a difference in how you feel.
Water Jug

Each morning I fill two Krosno Jugs with filtered water and set them outside in the morning light to charge. There are many glass jugs available on the market, but these ones are well-priced, a great size and easy to swirl if you like to structure your water before drinking.
